This page is an index, not a library. Everything a placement or commissioning team is likely to need is below, arranged by the question it answers rather than by the name of the page it happens to live on.
Oasis House is not yet operating, so what follows describes a service that has been designed rather than one that has been inspected — and each page says so plainly where it matters.

At a glance
The service, in one paragraph
Oasis House is being established as a children’s home for up to two children, of any gender, aged 5 to 17, with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, developmental trauma and associated emotional and behavioural needs. Its model is trauma-informed, relationship-based and PACE-led.
The home is based in Derby. For safeguarding and privacy reasons the exact address is not published publicly, and we do not release it on request — it is shared directly with a placing authority at the appropriate point.
Oasis House is progressing through Ofsted registration — the approved statement of where that stands is at the foot of this page.

What we publish, and what we would rather send you ourselves
There is nothing to download here yet, and that is deliberate rather than unfinished.
A document appears here only once it has been prepared for public release and checked line by line. The home’s internal Statement of Purpose is not a public document; a version fit for publication would be a separate piece of work.
If your panel or commissioning process needs something specific from us, ask — we would rather answer the actual question.
Information governance
What would happen to the information you share with us
Records will be kept factually and respectfully, and children will be supported to understand what is held about them and to contribute to it.
Personal information will be stored securely and access restricted to people with a legitimate professional need to know. Records will be retained, managed and disposed of in line with statutory requirements and data protection law — the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
Information will be shared with placing authorities and other agencies lawfully and proportionately — and promptly where a child’s protection requires it, which takes precedence over confidentiality.
This is also why we ask professionals not to include anything identifying a child in a first enquiry. Until there is a referral for it to belong to, a child’s information has no reason to be in our inbox.

Before you plan around us, read this
Oasis House is currently progressing through the Ofsted registration process. We welcome enquiries from local authorities, commissioning teams and professionals who would like to discuss future placement availability. Referrals will be accepted once registration has been granted.
A conversation now costs a placing authority nothing and carries no obligation on either side. It is also the fastest way to find out whether this home would suit a child you are planning for — including, honestly, when it would not.
Please do not include confidential or personally identifiable information about a child in an initial message. Describe what you need in general terms; anything identifying a child belongs in a referral through your authority’s own secure route, once registration has been granted.
